1. Is the product always on? Car flameout products still working?
Please check your wiring. First of all, the red wire needs to be connected to your ACC (car key hole), so as to ensure that when your car is off, the machine will also be off. Secondly, the yellow wire needs to be connected to the positive pole of the battery, and the black wire needs to be connected to the negative pole of the battery. The correctconnection of each wire can ensure the normal use of the product.
2.Can’t use the memory function? Can’t save channel?
Please check your wiring. If the ACC line(Red wire) and the B+ line(Yellow wire) are reversed during installation, the product will have no memory function after the power is off. Please make sure that each function wires is connected correctly.
3.Can’t connect to Bluetooth?
Please delete the bluetooth records on the mobile phone and machine, and re-match the connection. When connecting a new bluetooth, the previous record needs to be deleted.
4. The music is playing and can’t hear the sound?
Please check if FM is playing, just turn off FM.
5.Does it support external devices compatible with subwoofers? How can I connect it?
